Pyronics, Inc., headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, emerged from Bryant Industrial Products Corporation in the late 1940s. The Company established a solid foundation with the initial production of the high efficiency Flomixer, a range of burners and highly accurate air-gas balanced zero-ratio regulators. Pyronics has since grown to become a leader in the competitive combustion marketplace.
Pyronics pioneered the development of a single end, recuperative radiant tube burner in the late 1970s. Our self-recuperative burner operates to a maximum temperature of 1800°F and comes in diameters of up to 6 inches for standard metallic tubes. High performance non-metallic tubes are capable of temperatures over 2000°F.
The standard product line consists of burners, valves, regulators, combustion air blowers, flame safeguards and other combustion systems components. In addition to offering balanced zero-ratio regulators, the Company also supplies other fuel / air regulators, relief regulators, shut-off regulators, reducing regulators, deadweight zero regulators, flow ratio control regulators, and standard air regulators. Additionally, we supply a full line of burners including various types of nozzle mix or premix systems that permit flame variations from flat to high velocity. The Pyronics family of brands includes environmentally-conscious low NOx burners also in a range of velocities.
Other innovations include Package Burners for all low temperature applications including air heating, immersion tank heating and fume incineration.
The comprehensive Pyronics product line features safety equipment including the award-winning Sens-A-Flame and the advanced Estro flame safety system as well as a variety of combustion valve components.
The Company has funded its membership in the Industrial Heating Equipment Association (IHEA) since 1946.
